What does it really cost to own one?

The home has one price. Getting that home onto a typical lot has another. They are labeled so you never mix them up. On a typical Ameridura lot, our construction team handles the foundation, the pad, the street utilities and the permits.

Two different numbers · The 1,250

$156,250 is the Ameridura home — the building. $206,250 is a typical project to move in. Those are not two prices for the same house.

  • The Ameridura home — the building$156,250

1,250 SF × $125/SF. This is the house. It is not keys-in-hand.

  • Typical Ameridura lot$20,000

Planning example in the $15,000–$25,000 range. Your land may differ.

  • Slab, pad, utilities, permits, driveway$30,000

  • Typical project to move in$206,250

Lot $20,000 + site package $30,000 sit on top of the home. Change the lot or the site in the calculator and the project number moves — the home price does not.

If finished homes nearby sell around $180/SF, 1,250 SF compares at about $225,000. That comparison is not the home price and it is not the project total. It is a planning picture of nearby sales — not a promised appraisal. Open the calculator to try $160, $200, $215 or $300/SF and sit with a consultant before you pick a lot.

*The home price is the Ameridura Complete Home — the manufactured ICF building at $125 per living square foot for families and $112 per living square foot factory-gate for developers, builders and contractors buying as builder of record. Kit packages are a different SKU of the same house. None of those tickets is the keys-in-hand project. A typical family Complete Home project adds a typical lot plus slab, pad, street utilities, permits and a short driveway.

You should never have to choose between beautiful and affordable.

We’re not building cheaper houses. We’re building a better way to build houses.

We didn’t make the house cheaper by asking your family to accept less. We changed the way the house is built.

Factory precision. Repeatable designs. Smart purchasing. Controlled production. Built for real life. That’s why Ameridura homes can look like they belong on a beautiful street — without asking you to pay for construction chaos.

The factory isn’t the dream. Your family is.

Why we build with ICF
Ameridura interiors — living room, kitchen, dining, bedroom

Why ICF

Your home should be more than beautiful. It should be built for what comes next.

We didn’t choose insulated concrete forms because they sound impressive. We chose ICF because Louisiana weather is real, your home is an asset, and affordable should never mean asking a family to live in something ordinary. The wall is the beginning of the system — not a hurricane-proof slogan.

The Ameridura Equity Program™

You’ve been taught how to buy a house. We’re going to teach you how to build equity.

Most homebuyers never see what happens behind the scenes before a house reaches them. They see the final price—but not all the layers of land, development, construction, financing and profit that can be built into it.

Ameridura believes you deserve to understand the economics of your home. That’s why every Ameridura homeowner has access to the Ameridura Equity Program™—our homeownership education program designed to help you understand your project from land acquisition through construction and ownership.

Because affordable homeownership isn’t just about paying less. It’s about keeping more of the value you’re working so hard to create.

Don’t just buy the house. Understand the asset.

Designed with equity in mind

For you and your family.

Your home should do more than give your family a place to live. It should help you build something you can keep. Through the Ameridura Equity Program™, we help you understand how the land you choose, the cost of your home, the improvements you make and the value of the finished property can work together to create an ownership position for you and your family.

We don’t just want you to own a home. We want you to understand what you own.

Whether equity exists immediately depends on actual land cost, site costs and appraised or market value. We teach you the math. We don’t promise a particular appraisal.

Proof that dreams are possible.

She built a brighter tomorrow.

There isn’t one definition of a homeowner, and there isn’t one Ameridura. From the 1,250 to the Legacy 2,750 — same pride. Same keys. Same moment.

USDA 100% financing may be available to qualified buyers in eligible areas. Ameridura is not a lender and does not guarantee approval.

Built different. Built brighter.

This is what home feels like.

The laughter. The memories. The running down the hallway. The dog underfoot. A brighter tomorrow — not a manufactured-housing brochure.

Why Ameridura

Why Ameridura?

Because the old way of building a home isn’t the only way. Ameridura moves much of the construction process into a controlled manufacturing environment.

Factory Precision

Your home is built from standardized, engineered plans and production procedures.

Built for Real Life

Usable bedrooms, practical kitchens, comfortable living spaces and efficient layouts.

Durability Matters

We aren’t chasing the cheapest possible house. We’re building a durable housing product while aggressively controlling unnecessary construction cost.

Less Waste

Standardized production allows us to purchase, measure and manage materials more efficiently.

Predictable Construction

The more consistently we build a model, the more consistently we can manufacture it.

Designed for Affordability

Every square foot has a job. We don’t add expensive features just to make a house look expensive.

A Better Homeownership Experience

You aren’t handed a set of plans and told to figure everything out. You have an Ameridura team helping you through the process.

Why we build in a factory

From land to keys

One home. One dedicated guide. One clear path forward.

  1. 01

    Choose your Ameridura

The 1,250, The 1,500, The 1,850, The 2,100, The 2,500 or The 2,750. Those are the factory models. Official drawings come from Ameridura — not from this website.

  2. 02

    Choose your package

Complete Home, Shell Kit, Dry-In Kit or Build Kit. Same house. Different level of completion.

  3. 03

    Choose what you finish locally

On a kit, you and your licensed local trades supply fixtures, paint, appliances and final finishes. We manufacture the building system. You finish the house.

  4. 04

    Land, foundation and permits

Site work, foundation and local permitting sit with the owner, developer or local builder. Ameridura master engineering is adapted to the jurisdiction; it is not a nationwide permit by itself.

  5. 05

    Deposit and production release

A 25% deposit releases the house or kit onto the factory schedule.

  6. 06

    Factory manufacturing

The ICF building system is manufactured in New Orleans East — not started from scratch on your lot.

  7. 07

    Delivery and local installation

Complete Homes are delivered and set. Kits ship as a manufactured building system for licensed local installation.

  8. 08

    Finish and occupancy

Complete Home buyers receive the finished house. Kit buyers complete owner/builder finishes locally, then occupy.

Your home may be more affordable than you think.

Depending on your income, location, property and lender requirements, qualified buyers purchasing homes in eligible rural areas may have access to programs that can provide 100% financing, including USDA’s Single Family Housing Guaranteed Loan Program.
