Ameridura finishes the house.
The Complete Home is the finished manufactured ICF house. Typical project cost still adds land, slab, site, utilities and permits — that is not a second price for the same building.
Do not call a kit permit-ready nationwide. The plan set and engineering package are standardized. Local structural engineering, foundation design, site-specific loads, permitting, utility design and inspections may still be required. Path: Ameridura master engineering → state/jurisdiction adaptation → site-specific permit package.
*The home price is the Ameridura Complete Home — the manufactured ICF building at $125 per living square foot for families and $112 per living square foot factory-gate for developers, builders and contractors buying as builder of record. Kit packages are a different SKU of the same house. None of those tickets is the keys-in-hand project. A typical family Complete Home project adds a typical lot plus slab, pad, street utilities, permits and a short driveway.
