An Ameridura Homes sold sign in the yard as a family celebrates with their Realtor

Calling all Louisiana Realtors.

Get them the house they want. Where they want it.

We help you crack the code — private Ameridura inventory, off the MLS, matched to the family you already know. Happy client. Commission at closing.

Happy client. Commission at closing.

Private inventory

Ameridura lots and the homes that go on them are not a public MLS fishing expedition. Preferred Realtors get the private list: identified lots, production-model renderings, and the parishes we are building for equity.

Louisiana equity markets

We choose Louisiana markets for demand and for the buyer’s equity position — not leftover listings. As the land pipeline grows, partners see that inventory first. Your client walks a real street in a parish that can work for them.

Paid at closing

Where the lender closes the land, home and eligible site costs before construction begins, broker compensation is paid at that closing — not after the house is set.

Crack the code for the family you already have.

We help you crack the code — matching your client to a real Ameridura lot and a production home that actually fits.

They already know the school, the commute, the payment they can live with. What they cannot find is a house that actually fits — on that street — at a price that is not a production-builder leftover. You bring the buyer. We bring the lot and the home. You get paid for the real-estate work.

  1. 01

Show an Ameridura lot they can’t find on the MLS

Your client is looking at real property Ameridura already owns or controls — an identified lot in a market we chose, not a hunt for dirt.

  2. 02

Match the home to that street

They pick a production model that belongs on that lot. Neighborhood, comps, and the real-estate advice stay with you. That’s cracking the code.

  3. 03

    Write the real-estate contract

The buyer goes under contract on that lot and the selected home. You negotiate the real-estate transaction. Ameridura prices and builds the house.

  4. 04

    Close, then we build

Where the lender permits it, land, home and eligible site costs close together. You are paid through your broker at that closing. Then Ameridura builds.

Preferred Realtor Program

Earn more as you build with Ameridura

Competitive broker compensation. Earn More as You Build With Ameridura — the Preferred Realtor Program rewards productive partners with increased broker compensation as their Ameridura sales grow.

Tier 1

Build with us

Your first closed Ameridura families of the calendar year

Competitive seller-paid buyer-broker compensation on the full lot-plus-home closing — paid to your sponsoring broker.

Tier 2

Preferred

As your closed Ameridura volume grows

Increased broker compensation on the next closings. Tiers are prospective only — not retroactive to houses you already closed.

Tier 3

Top producer

Highest closed production in the calendar year

The top Preferred Realtor rate in the broker agreement. Tiers reset each January 1. Volume last year does not lock this year’s rate.

Exact percentages live in the broker agreement after Louisiana counsel locks the compensation base. We do not post rates on the website or the MLS. Compensation is paid to the sponsoring broker at the real-estate closing — never as a side check from the factory to the agent.

You represent the buyer. We build the house.

You do not need a factory-built housing salesman license to represent a buyer of Ameridura real property. You do need your Louisiana real-estate license. Ameridura keeps manufacturing, construction, and home-sales licenses on our side of the line.

The Realtor represents the buyer

  • Represent the buyer in the real-estate transaction
  • Show Ameridura-owned or Ameridura-controlled lots
  • Walk the selected production-model rendering against that lot
  • Discuss neighborhoods and provide comparable sales
  • Negotiate the real-estate purchase
  • Assist with the closing
  • Perform other activities authorized by their Louisiana real-estate license

Ameridura builds and sells the home

  • Owns or controls the lot
  • Sets models, specifications and home pricing
  • Manufactures the home in the factory
  • Performs licensed site construction and installation
  • Issues the Ameridura Homes Limited Home Warranty
  • Employs properly authorized home-sales personnel

Financing your buyers can actually use

Qualified buyers purchasing eligible properties in qualifying rural areas may be able to use USDA financing with little or no down payment, subject to USDA and lender requirements.

Where available, Ameridura works with lenders to coordinate land, home and eligible site costs into a streamlined financing and closing process.

Broker compensation is governed by the applicable brokerage agreement and transaction documents. It is paid to the buyer’s sponsoring broker — not to the individual agent — through the closing of the real-estate transaction. Participation is subject to applicable Louisiana real-estate, factory-built housing, RESPA and other laws.

The close

Happy client. Commission at closing.

Preferred Realtors get private Ameridura inventory — identified lots and the homes that go on them. That list is not sitting on the MLS for every agent in the state to farm.
