For contractors, production builders and developers
Factory-gate partsManufactured assemblies for builders who keep the jobsite.
Not every customer wants a complete Ameridura Home. Contractors, production builders and developers still need engineered walls, floors, roofs, wet cores, cabinets and openings. Ameridura manufactures those assemblies on the same stations, to the same specifications, and invoices them at factory-gate.
What we provide
- Engineered ICF wall assemblies, rebar-kitted and opening-ready
- Floor and roof cassettes assembled on factory tables
- Plumbing wet-core modules, electrical harnesses and duct assemblies
- Cabinet packages and bathroom assemblies
- Opening packages — bucks, windows and doors as one assembly
- A structural envelope kit when the builder wants the shell and will finish the house
Who buys
You keep the jobsite.
- General contractors who want a factory structural envelope and will finish on site
- Production builders repeating wet cores, baths and cabinets across a tract
- Developers who control land and crews and buy parts, not a finished house
- Remodelers and infill builders who need a wall, a floor, a bath, or a kitchen — not a 2,500-SF home
The catalog
This is not a pallet of ICF forms and not a DIY kit. The factory manufactures the assembly. The builder incorporates it on the lot.
Factory-gate. Deposit before production release. Same QMS, mill certificates, listed assemblies and PE drawings as the finished-home line. Licensed contractors only — this catalog is not sold as a homeowner kit.
| Assembly | Buyer | Factory-gate |
|---|---|---|
Engineered ICF wall assemblies Rebar-kitted, opening-ready ICF wall sections manufactured to PE drawings. The contractor places and pours on the lot. | Site builders, GCs, and developers keeping their own crews | $20/SF |
Floor cassettes Cut, configured and assembled floor cassettes — joists, subfloor, fire and draft blocking — on Ameridura tables. | Builders who want a factory floor on a specified CFS joist class | $20/SF |
Roof cassettes Engineered roof cassettes: structure, sheathing, underlayment, covering, flashing kit. | Builders who want a factory roof without buying the house | $17/SF |
Plumbing wet-core modules Factory PEX manifold, DWV, water heater and fixture package for a stacked wet core. | GCs and production builders repeating a wet stack | $15,694 |
Electrical harness and panel assemblies Factory-assembled 200A panel, branch harnesses, devices and lighting package. Site service remains the electrician’s. | Licensed electrical contractors and production builders | $18,668 |
HVAC duct assemblies Factory ducts, registers, exhaust. Compressors and air handlers stay purchased by the trade. | Mechanical contractors. Equipment is theirs. | $8,484 |
Cabinet packages Essential kitchen cabinet boxes, hardware and quartz top. Appliances are not in the kit. | Builders and remodelers who want factory boxes, not a jobsite cabinet shop | $19,255 |
Bathroom assemblies Primary, secondary and powder assemblies — vanities, shower module, fixtures — built as factory modules. | Builders repeating a bath package across a tract or a remodel | $18,323 |
Opening packages Standard window family, entry, sliders and garage doors installed in factory bucks. | Builders who want bucks, windows and doors as one factory assembly | $31,115 |
Structural envelope kit ICF wall assemblies, floor cassette and roof cassette as one factory-gate invoice. The builder finishes the house on site. | The builder who wants a factory shell and will finish on site. | $113,412 |
Prices are designed factory-gate estimates pending supplier quotes and first-article actuals. A Bayou-sized structural envelope kit is walls, floor and roof together. Smaller plates invoice by the square foot.
Want the complete house instead?
Developers and families still buy finished Ameridura Homes from the same plant. Assemblies are for the builder who does not want that product.
